Job Description: Visual Merchandiser
This role focuses on maintaining the aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency of our retail stores within a designated city, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Display Uniformity: Ensure consistent and visually appealing furniture displays across all store locations within the assigned city.
- Window Display & Lighting: Set up captivating window displays, ensure proper focus lighting on furniture, and maintain LED auto-timer features for optimal visibility.
- Store Maintenance Upkeep: Maintain a comprehensive list of damaged or broken furniture and decor items, coordinating timely rectification or replacement from local or national warehouses.
- Floor Management: After every customer visit, meticulously reset store furniture, cushions, and decor arrangements to maintain a pristine in-store experience.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise effectively with retail professionals, including buyers and merchandisers, for seamless store events and maintenance requirements.
- Store Setup & Installations: Oversee or supervise contractors for setting up window displays, walkways, reception counters, and in-store displays, especially crucial for new store launches.
- Event & Festival Decoration: Source and manage props, creative materials, and accessories for special occasions and festive store decor.
- Product Handling & Inventory: Manage inward and outward product movement at assigned stores, ensuring an efficient end-to-end process.
- Admin & Store Management: Oversee housekeeping and security reporting at stores to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Cleanliness & Replenishment: Implement a structured daily checklist for store cleanliness and schedule timely replenishments of decor and furnishings.
- Customer Engagement & Reviews: Actively encourage walk-in customers to provide positive feedback on store ambiance and display, particularly on weekends, to enhance the store's online reputation.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail visual merchandising, store design, or furniture retail.
