Overview Of The Role
The primary responsibility of the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales is to convert inbound website leads and client referrals from smaller Focused accounts (<$100M AUM) and bring them to closure. When there is downtime, this role will also entail reaching out to prospective clients in the APAC region. The EVP will work closely with the rest of TresVista's commercial and delivery organizations to develop and execute effective sales strategies. With a track record of success, he/she will have the opportunity to progress into various commercial leadership roles within the company. These leadership roles could cover various levels of increasing responsibilities across Sales, Account Management, Market Development, Sales Operations, Client Development, and Marketing.

Key Role Deliverables
▪ Close inbound website leads and referrals from TresVista supporters (existing clients or otherwise)
▪ Working closely with the Product team to deliver optimal strategies to improve the closure rate
▪ Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through various outreach campaigns
▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with newly-closed clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
(thereby driving account growth and reducing attrition)
▪ Achieve and exceed sales objectives and targets
▪ Develop and execute strategies to sell to new customer prospects
▪ Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
▪ Maintain a keen understanding of financial markets, especially private capital markets
▪ Build and develop a network within private capital markets to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
▪ Collaborate with other departments, including business development and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business
objectives
▪ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
▪ Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management
Prerequisites
▪ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
▪ Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills
▪ In-depth knowledge of financial markets, especially private capital markets, is highly desirable
▪ Strong commercial and technical acumen
Experience Required
▪ 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Compensation
▪ The EVP of Sales will receive a competitive base salary
▪ In addition to the base salary, the EVP of Sales will receive an incentive based on actual sales and performance rating for the defined period .
