Purchase Order Maker

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Maker to manage and process purchase orders efficiently in our procurement system. You should be organized, accurate, and familiar with procurement documentation and processes.

Your Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders (POs) in SAP as per requirements
Verify purchase requisitions, quotations, and approvals before PO creation
Ensure accurate entry of pricing, quantity, and vendor details
Maintain proper documentation and records of all purchase orders
Coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment processes
Generate reports related to purchase orders and procurement activities
Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

Experience in purchase order processing or procurement support
Familiarity with SAP system
Understanding of procurement processes and documentation
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory processes

Pedigree

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
Relevant experience in procurement or purchase order management preferred
