Executive - Transport & Distribution Operations - Container Freight Station - Redhills

Manage daily vehicle movements as per business plans and customer requirements.

Allocate vehicles based on operational priorities and shipment criticality.

Guide drivers and ensure strict adherence to safety norms within the premises.

Closely monitor vehicles handling critical shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with yard personnel and equipment operators to ensure on-time vessel dispatch and destuffing of empty containers.

Monitor daily empty container repositioning within the defined validity period.

Coordinate with the Mechanical team for timely resolution of breakdowns and technical issues.

Liaise with contractors for adequate driver deployment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Conduct immediate site visits in case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns and provide timely feedback to senior management and relevant departments.

Participate in and ensure driver involvement in weekly operational and safety meetings.

Maintain operational discipline, documentation, and reporting as required.
