Executive / Trainee - Recruitment - EMPI Vertical

This role is for an Executive / Trainee - Recruitment to handle the full recruitment cycle for the EMPI Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client and candidate management, from understanding job requirements and sourcing to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business, their competitors, and the specific job, position, and skill set requirements.
• Source profiles that match client requirements.
• Interview shortlisted candidates and arrange various levels of interviews (Telephonic, F2F, Video) with clients.
• Coordinate with both the client and the candidate throughout the process, from sourcing to joining and through the replacement period.
• Conduct daily research on profiles and clients to ensure better delivery.
• Meet targets and submit timely MIS/Reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• A Graduate with experience in Non-IT recruitment or a Fresh MBA with experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Must have good communication and interviewing skills.
• Be a go-getter who is interested in a result-oriented job.
• Must be open to learning new ways of recruiting and be a challenge taker.
