Position: Graduate Trainee under Executive Trainee Programme (for One Year)

This is a full-time, on-roll role designed for ambitious fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure in end-to-end travel operations, coordination and B2B relationship management.

We are welcoming high-potential fresh graduates to this full-time, on-roll opportunity that launches your career in the travel industry. The role offers immersive, hands-on experience, structured mentoring, and real-time operational learning in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You will collaborate across teams, engage closely with B2B partners, and take on meaningful responsibility early on.

Job Description (Learning-led and responsibility-driven)

Assist in hotel and land bookings, confirmations, and documentation as per defined SLA & TAT

Assist in Coordinating with travel agents, suppliers and destination teams to support smooth operations

Learn to handle reconfirmations, amendments and basic refund processes under guidance

Support ground operations such as job sheets, ferry tickets, vouchers and system updates

Assist in post-travel activities including feedback tracking, basic refunds, and service recovery cases

Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports related to bookings and operations (training provided)

Support the B2B team in quotation preparation, follow-ups, and booking coordination

Gradually learn supplier negotiations and rate management alongside senior team members

Ensure adherence to SOPs, data accuracy, and ethical work practices

Maintain transparency and process integrity in all operational activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 25 years, any bachelor's degree - passed out of 2025.
  • Minimum 65% from Class X onwards
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt in a fast-paced travel environment and rotational shifts
  • Strong learning mindset and customer orientation
  • Never-give-up attitude, ownership mindset & team orientation
