Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Trainee Procurement role based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Executive Trainee will also work towards optimizing procurement processes and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

  • Descent knowledge of Procurement, Vendor Management, and Material Sourcing specially MRO/Capex items.
  • Negotiation and Communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes
  • Analytical and Organizational skills for maintaining accurate procurement records and streamlining operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site setting and multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with railway or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • SAP MM Module knowledge will be added advantage.
