Role: Executive Trainee/ Intern Founder's Office (Ops & Management)
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution : End to end management & delivery of project/real time tracking to ensure our customer feels we are a reliable brand.
- Vendor & Procurement: Coordinate with material suppliers (Steel, Iron, 3M Vinyl) to ensure zero downtime in production.
- Client Liaison: Share daily Work-in-Progress photos and updates with our corporate partners.
- Operational Audits: Assist the Founder in calculating the Efficiency per Square Foot and managing the 25% profit margin targets.
- Hiring & Culture: Help onboard new workers and manage the current team.
You will work directly with the Founder to streamline the Fabrication-to-Branding pipeline and helps in building and scaling the product.
Who we are looking for
- Background: Recent Graduate/Post Graduate Fresher.
- The Hustle: Someone who isn't afraid of the heat and dust of a workshop but can switch to a professional email/Zoom call in minutes.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must. Knowing Canva (for quick client mockups) is a huge plus.
- Language: Fluent in Hinglish (Must talk to laborers in Hindi and Clients/Investors in English).
Location: Gurugram (On-site / Workshop)
Duration: 36 Months (Convertible to Full-Time based on performance)
Stipend: Best in the industry.
