trategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the corporate agri-sustainability strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth across horticultural and agricultural operations.
- Support executive leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Sustainability & Innovation
- Lead initiatives focused on sustainable horticultural practices, resource efficiency, soil health, water conservation, and climate-resilient agriculture.
- Promote adoption of innovative technologies, equipment, and modern agronomic techniques to improve productivity and sustainability outcomes.
- Drive product development initiatives that support eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural solutions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver sustainability objectives effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, farmers, and industry bodies to strengthen sustainability programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end product management processes related to horticulture and agri-sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Monitor performance metrics, report progress, and recommend corrective actions where required.
Communication & Advocacy
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for agri-sustainability initiatives within and outside the organization.
- Communicate sustainability goals, progress, and impact effectively to leadership, teams, and partners.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and sustainability platforms.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture (Master's degree preferred)
