Responsible for managing all Third Party Packing / Manufacturing (TPM) operations related to Line Operations,GMP, Qulaity, Inventory Management, Documention, RCA/Change Management & Projects related work.
Major Responsibilities :
Responsible for a Secondary Production Operation at TPM.
Manage all packaging materials to support secondary packing activities.
Inventory Management at TPM. Ensuring adequate space availability by maintaining close coordination with the Site Goods-Out Manager on the Pouch movement & space occupancy at TPM.
Creating a packaging material plan to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
Verification of Maintenance, GMP & GDP at TPM operation.
Support the development and implementation of strategies/plans to improve the overall supply chain capabilities.
Responsible for minimizing the risk of obsolete materials.
Review TPM output performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis & anticipate capacity constraints & create contingency plans.
Communicate delays in the supply of finished goods to the Central planning team.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality & other relevant functions in carrying out RCA/Change Management for any process non-conformity events.
Education :
Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-4 years of experince in Secondary Packing Line / Supply chain.
Should have working knowledge of SAP & Warehouse Management system.
