We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Executive to oversee the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in government tendering, documentation, compliance, and team management, especially in the manpower outsourcing or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including preparation, compilation, and online/offline submission.
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and requirements.
- Supervise and guide the Tender Executives team for smooth and timely submission.
- Maintain and update all statutory and compliance documents required for tender filings.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Research, identify, and track tender opportunities across multiple portals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, pricing, and necessary approvals.
- Communicate and follow up with departments or clients regarding tender clarifications.
- Maintain a database of submitted, won, and lost tenders for reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in tendering.
- Strong knowledge of tender preparation, documentation, and filing.
- Excellent understanding of compliance requirements and statutory documentation.
- Good knowledge of CPPP, eProcurement portals, GeM, and other government tender portals.
- Experience in manpower outsourcing tenders or related industry preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
