Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)

Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
• Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
• Handling calls both inbound and outbound
• Having knowledge of Home Care Services
• Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
• Home Care operations assigned by supervisor
