Key Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and professional networks.
Screen resumes to match role requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Recruitment Coordination Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support in conducting walk-in drives and campus recruitment activities.
- Interview & Selection Support Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.
Coordinate assessments, tests, and interview logistics.
Follow up with candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
Share regular updates on hiring status, pipelines, and challenges.
- Candidate Experience & Branding Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Represent the company professionally in all communication and interactions.
Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career events and online campaigns.
- Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Support offer creation and pre-boarding activities.
Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and compliance standards.
