Job Summary Recruitment -

  • Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans, use passive and active recruiting techniques and a broad variety of sources for developing a ready candidate pipeline to fill in critical needs.
  • Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
  • Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people to the target roles.
  • Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings to ensure that the qualifications required match with the respective vacancy.
  • Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
  • Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
  • Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines
  • Issue offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate and act as the liaison between the business and candidates so as to facilitate the successful recruitment execution.
  • Coordinate with other Functional Heads and Corporate TA team to drive TA function and leverage from the internal & external talent to fill in vacant positions, whenever possible.
  • Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry and suggest suitable improvisations that can be introduced.
  • Develop and maintain professional relations with local, regional and international recruitment agencies to ensure that right caliber professionals are attracted and selected.

Internal Process-

  • Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required within specified time period.
