Your activities
- Maintain 5S, safety, and cleanliness inside the warehouse.
- Verify and receive incoming materials as per PO, DC, and invoice.
- Perform GRN preparation and update entries in ERP without delay.
- Issue materials to production and service departments as per reservation/indent.
- Coordinate with the QC team for incoming material inspection clearance
- Perform daily stock verification and reconciliation in ERP [AX /D365]
- Ensure proper handling, binning, and identification of materials using FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit guidelines [ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2018, ISO45001:2018 ISO50001: 2018]
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for material follow‑ups.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers as per sales orders
- All generated EMS & general scraps shall be accounted, maintaining and disposed from scrap yard
- Continuously improve warehouse layout for space optimization
Your profile
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, EEE, E&I, or any technical stream Experience : 4–8 years experience in Stores / Warehouse
- operations (preferably in manufacturing or instrumentation industry)
