Job Description

Partner Support, Relationship Management & Partner Retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners & maintain professional & effective communication with Partners.
  • Inform and Guide Partners regularly upon active schemes, margins, focus models, etc.
  • Maintain strong relationship with Partners and ensure prompt resolution of partner's concerns and grievances through company ticketing system.

Secondary Performance

  • Analyze and work upon partner secondary billing enhancement to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure slab mix secondary sales targets achievement for the assigned partners.
  • Push focus model sales as per company priorities.
  • Review partner performance and take corrective actions when required.

End of Life (EOL) & Aging Management

  • Develop and execute plans to manage aging inventory, minimizing outdates and financial impact.
  • Promotes sales of Aging Stock.

Payment Recovery

  • Follow up with partners for timely payments.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and maintain partner investments.

Education Qualification

Any Graduate

Work Experience & Skills

Required Skills

  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of channel sales and secondary sales.
  • Ability to analyze sales numbers and inventory.
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel and sales systems.

Experience

  • 25 years experience in channel sales, partner management, or retail sales, preferably mobile handsets.
  • Experience handling dealers, distributors, or franchise partners is preferred.
