Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CMM programming and inspection for aerospace components.
- Operate and maintain Hexagon CMM machines.
- Develop and modify inspection programs using PC-DMIS software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
- Conduct first article about inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections.
- Analyze dimensional reports and support root cause analysis for non-conformities.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 / QMS standards.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvements.
- Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- 45 years of hands-on experience in CMM programming and operations.
- Strong working experience on Hexagon CMM machines.
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace drawing interpretation.
- Quality background in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
Preferred:
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to FAI documentation (AS9102).
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and quality improvement methods.
