Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic procurement professional with 5 years of experience in logistics sourcing and vendor management. The role involves managing transportation procurement, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of logistics services including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Source and onboard transporters, 3PL vendors, and logistics service providers.
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service standards.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and vendor selection process.
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, warehouse, finance) for smooth execution.
• Track market trends, freight rates, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, rate cards, and vendor agreements.
• Resolve operational and billing issues with logistics vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement (preferred but not mandatory)

• FMCG / Pharma / Manufacturing / E-commerce / Logistic
