Talent Management: Oversee the entire Hire to Retire process, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, and Bonus.
- Handle all other employee-related compliance matters.
HR Planning & Budgeting:
- Responsible for HR budgeting, monitoring, and control.
- Conduct manpower planning and ensure timely talent acquisition.
- Focus on ensuring talent productivity.
Direct Labor & Contract Management:
- Manage direct labor and handle the appointment and management of contractors.
Employee Welfare & Engagement:
- Plan and execute all employee welfare activities for the plant.
- Implement HR best practices and talent engagement programs.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
- Impart knowledge of labor laws to line managers.
- Manage Factory Licenses and other legal compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the plant's strategic goals.
Training & Development:
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance job skills and performance.
Employee Relations:
- Resolve employee relations issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administration & Security:
- Oversee general administration, security, and housekeeping management.
Attendance & Record Keeping:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and timekeeping to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and payroll information.
