Executive/Sr. Executive - Field Sales

Role Description

• Sell company products and services to targeted customers in the assigned territory.
• Attend all enquiry calls within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Generate self-leads through door-to-door activities and cold calling in the allocated area.
• Submit daily call reports to the Branch Sales In-Charge.
• Conduct weekly below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities like kiosk setups, leafleting, and voucher distribution.
• Participate in on-ground and group activities to effectively counter competition.
• Generate business from underutilized elements in the area to ensure maximum capacity utilization.
• Support the Branch Sales In-Charge in preparing the area-specific sales plan.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Work Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in field sales or similar roles
