Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B chemical segments across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for chemical products and solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts within defined company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the chemical industry, fresher enthusiasts with ownership mindset are also welcome.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
