  • Act as a first point of contact for students in residence for engagement-related matters.

Clubs & Societies

  • Support student-led clubs, societies, and special interest groups with guidance, resources, and event approvals.
  • Streamline processes for the formation, recognition, and monitoring of clubs.
  • Ensure inclusivity, gender balance, and interdisciplinary participation in club activities.

Events & Activations

  • Assist DoSL in planning and executing campus-wide events, festivals, and special activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, student volunteers, and publicity for events.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative units for smooth execution of credit and non-credit events.

Credit Courses & Skill Development

  • Support in curating and delivering DoSL credit courses aligned with life skills, leadership, wellness, and co-curricular learning.
  • Engage industry experts, faculty, and practitioners to co-deliver courses and workshops.
  • Monitor student participation and feedback to improve program quality.

Residence Engagement

  • Create structured activity calendars for men's and women's residences.
  • Address the unique needs of residential students (wellness, recreation, social belonging).
  • Facilitate residence-based competitions, peer mentorship programs, and community service initiatives.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of student participation, club activities, and event impact.
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to DoSL In-Charge for evaluation and planning.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation is a must.
  • Post-Graduation qualification is preferable.
  • 1-8 years of relevant work experience in student affairs.
