Job Purpose
To ensure seamless and professional customer experience at the project site by efficiently managing walk-ins, handling enquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of hospitality for all prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customers at the project site.
- Greet visitors, assess their requirements, and ensure accurate capture of site visits and timely data entry in the Sales Ops App.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to facilitate site visits and customer interactions.
- Maintain walk-in records, registrations, and daily reporting with accuracy.
- Ensure the experience center / sales office is consistently well-maintained and presentable.
- Support the planning and execution of events, site visits, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant teams.
- Share monthly administrative stock requirements in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Maintain effective coordination with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 12 years of experience in customer service, front office, or real estate sales support
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is preferred

- Accuracy and efficiency in walk-in to site visit registration
- Customer satisfaction and overall experience feedback
- Compliance with defined processes and reporting standards
Non - Negotiable Requirements
- Mandatory to work on weekends and holidays in line with the real estate sales cycle
- Flexibility in working hours as per business requirements
- Weekly offs will be provided on weekdays only
