We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team in South Goa. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a passionate professional who thrives in a high-quality kitchen environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high performance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu updates
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth kitchen-to-table operations
  • Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation and menu execution
  • Previous experience in a senior culinary role (Sous Chef or similar) is required
  • Culinary degree or diploma in hotel management is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary package up to 55,000 (based on experience and expertise)
