We are expanding our team and looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, crafting engaging content, strategizing campaigns, and managing our clients social media presence. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our clients goals and enhance their digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and oversee social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with our clients brand and business objectives.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign, influencer campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and incorporate new marketing strategies as appropriate.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
  • Engage with our clients online communities and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a content calendar to plan and schedule all social media activities.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Excellent understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Outstanding communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
