Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Quality:
- Drive and ensure quality of creative briefs, content output, and collaboration processes.
- Define and monitor content standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables.
- Provide regular feedback through structured review processes.
Process & Collaboration:
- Champion content processes, including briefing, reviews, and feedback channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Identify gaps or disconnects in content development and proactively address them.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with senior art personnel and project managers regarding job status.
- Align with creative leadership to ensure smooth execution of content projects.
Performance & Analysis:
- Evaluate content performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Support analysis and reporting of content effectiveness.
