Executive - Search Engine Optimization

Role Description :Executive:( Search Engine Optimization and Shopify) Will be responsible for improving the online visibility and search performance of Growel Feeds pet nutrition division digital presence. This is a full-time, on-site Executive - Search Engine Optimization role based in Hyderabad. The Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for company websites and digital assets. Daily activities include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, managing meta tags and internal linking, and collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO with overall digital campaigns. The role also involves tracking performance metrics using SEO and analytics tools, performing regular technical and content audits, and recommending data-driven improvements. Shopify Development and maintenance.The Executive will stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain and enhance online visibility for Growel Feeds.

Qualifications

• Consulting and advisory skills to guide stakeholders on SEO best practices and digital growth opportunities.
• Experience in Recruiting and Executive Search for digital or marketing roles is a plus, supporting cross-functional talent initiatives.
• Strong Interviewing and assessment abilities for collaborating with internal teams and external partners when needed.
• Research skills for keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, market trends, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic HTML/website optimization.
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with content, marketing, and IT teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries.
