We seek a dynamic and experienced
Executive Search Consultants to join our team. The ideal Candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with Search consultants or Recruitment Companies in non-IT hiring only or with Facility or Food Services Companies in Talent Acquisition,
generalist HR or people with IT or US hiring. Please avoid applying for this job. This is a full-time Remote job opportunity.
- Key Responsibilities:
- The Candidate is required to do market mapping of competitive companies to spot talent. Often, generic keyword searches on job boards do not yield results.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating qualifications to ensure a high-quality candidate pool. Must have used ATS and understand recruitment workflow.
- Must be able to do enough research on our client and present their brand to candidates to ensure they join.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure profiles are shared within the timeframe.
- Must be proficient at hiring through LinkedIn and Jobboards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, go beyond JD and provide matching talents for their requirements
- To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Be an extrovert to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals to enhance our recruitment
- network and reputation.
- Well-versed in AI tools, CharGPT and tech-savvy
- Must have closed CXO-level positions for MNCs and corporationspeople with experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Food Services, QSR and Manufacturing.
- Must have own Mobile Phone with number, Laptop & Wifi (not phone data)
- A dedication of 8 hours a day will be considered.
- Compensation
The budgeted take-home will be between 30K and 50K, depending on experience and alignment with the job. Immediate joiner apply
We work remotely, six days a week.
Client interactions and data management, preferably in facilities or other manpower-intensive industries. The Candidate must hold an MBA in HR and demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment processes, practices, and technology exposure.
