We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Onboarding Executive to acquire and onboard new hotels for our premium toiletries and refillable cosmetic solutions. The role involves pitching our products, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth adoption within hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and boutique stays.
- Pitch and demonstrate our toiletries & refillable amenities solutions to decision-makers.
- Convert leads into confirmed hotel partnerships.
- Coordinate delivery, installation of dispensers, and initial room setup.
- Train housekeeping teams on product usage, refilling, and maintenance.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, SOPs, and branding guidelines are shared.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel purchase, housekeeping, and operations teams.
- Provide reports on onboarding progress and conversions.
Requirements:
- 24 years experience in hotel sales, hospitality supply, or B2B onboarding roles.
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Understanding of hotel operations, especially housekeeping & procurement.
- Ability to handle multiple onboarding projects and travel when required.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and well-organized.
