Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Executive Sales Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will engage with potential and existing clients to promote and sell VINR Cosmeticals products. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio. The Executive Sales Representative will also provide feedback to the team to support product improvement and market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients
  • Experience in customer relationship management and building long-term partnerships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

35000 to 45000 + upto 20000 incentive
