Role Description

VINR is seeking an Executive Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Delhi, India. This full-time role involves managing sales operations, engaging with customers, meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our skincare product line. Additional responsibilities include attending sales meetings, providing detailed product knowledge to customers, and working collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of skincare products or the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships with a client-focused approach
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional local language skills are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is highly desired
