We are a fast-growing food startup founded by experienced entrepreneurs, with a proven track record of building and scaling ventures (previous venture Belora Cosmetics was valued at 200 Cr).

We are now building a modern culinary brand focused on scalable, high-quality dining experiences through cloud kitchens and high-footfall kiosks. Our approach combines strong operational systems with innovation in flavors, with a particular focus on Indian and international cuisines.

Founded by Ainara Kaur, a professional with years of marketing experience with companies like YES Bank, Myntra, Ameriprise - wealth management)and Akaljyot Kaur with decade plus experience at MetLife, All State and American Express as Product head.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial Sales & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end setup and operations of our food stalls and kiosks. The role involves everything from sourcing chefs, finalizing recipes, optimizing procurement costs, securing stall locations, and driving sales performance across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Setup & Expansion:

  • Identify high-footfall locations (malls, markets, corporate parks, events) for stalls/kiosks
  • Negotiate with mall management and market/event coordinators for space allocation
  • Handle stall setup including layout, branding, and operational readiness
  • Manage documentation, permissions, and vendor agreements

2. Chef & Recipe Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled cooks/chefs for food preparation
  • Work closely with chefs to standardize and finalize recipes
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning across locations
  • Conduct trials and tastings to refine menu offerings

3. Procurement & Cost Optimization:

  • Source and onboard suppliers for raw materials and packaging, etc.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
  • Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
  • Continuously explore alternative vendors for better pricing and reliability

4. Sales & Stall Operations:

  • Drive daily sales at stalls through customer engagement and upselling
  • Train stall staff on customer handling and sales techniques
  • Monitor hygiene, presentation, and service standards
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and stall operations
  • Track daily sales and prepare performance reports

5. Marketing & Promotion:

  • Execute local marketing initiatives (flyers, offers, sampling, etc.)
  • Coordinate participation in events, food festivals, and exhibitions
  • Suggest promotional strategies to boost footfall and revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in F&B, QSR, retail operations, or startup environments
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of food costing and supply chain
  • Ability to multitask and handle on-ground execution
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
  • Office is located in Gurgaon and it is a 5 day working at the office.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary 3,50,000 INR + sales incentives
  • Incentives for sales and cost savings
  • Performance-based bonuses
