Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Pune. The Executive Sales Representative will focus on driving new business by identifying potential leads, building client relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include contacting prospective customers, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in real estate, property sales, or relevant fields is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and a strong understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve results in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Pune and travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
