Job Description

  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
  • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
  • Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops below store norms level.
  • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
  • Prepare reports on daily basic regarding Sales and inventory. Proper customer interaction by giving full product knowledge Maximum conversion of walking into sale for achieving Target. Maintaining Relationship with customer.
  • Making sure the VM of section is good and merchandises are displayed properly.
