Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Assistant based in Delhi, India. The Executive Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. The position also involves supporting the sales team in achieving business goals by facilitating smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to achieve sales-oriented goals
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an added advantage
