Job Description

Provide technical support to customers and offer suitable product recommendations based on application requirements. Conduct site visits, onsite demonstrations, and handle troubleshooting to ensure smooth product performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to convey field insights and support product improvements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights for strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, training sessions, and product demos. Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements during field operations.

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
• MBA/PGDM/Marketing
• B.Sc/Chemistry
• MS/M.Sc(Science)/Chemistry

Behavioural Profile

Basic understanding of chemicals and their applications. Strong willingness to travel and work on field sites. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reports, analysis, and presentations.
