Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves planning marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting market research to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Effective communication with Managers and presenting insights to senior management are integral components of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Conducttele-calling and outbound outreachto prospective clients, channel partners, and brokers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain accurate lead data
- Schedulesite visits, meetings, and presentationsfor the leasing team
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and negotiations to ensure timely closure support
- Assist in preparing basiccommercial proposals, leasing summaries, and client decks
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support execution ofmarketing campaignsacross WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies forcampaign creatives, content, and collaterals
- Assist in maintaining and updatingCRM and lead trackers
- Support on-ground marketing initiatives such asbroker meets, site events, roadshows, and exhibitions
Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Assist senior team members insales strategy executionand target tracking
- Collect and organizemarket intelligenceon competitors, rentals, occupier preferences, and trends
- Track enquiry sources and campaign performance to improve lead conversion efficiency
Co-ordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with leasing, marketing, design, and project teams for smooth execution
- Prepareweekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Maintain professional communication with brokers, consultants, and corporate clients
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and relationship management
- Experience: 12 years in sales, tele-calling, real estate marketing, or B2B sales
- Experience in marketing campaign planning, execution, and brand management
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and generating actionable insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets
- Proficiency in relevant marketing and CRM tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
