Note: Elevators/Construction Industry Preffered.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety audits and site walkthroughs to ensure 100% compliance with safety norms.
• Risk Management: Prepare and update HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) reports.
• Safety Training: Conduct regular Toolbox Talks, safety inductions for new laborers/technicians, and emergency mock drills.
• Equipment Safety: Oversee the safety of specialized equipment (scaffolding, hoists, electrical tools) and enforce LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain all statutory safety registers as per the Factories Act and BOCW Act.
• Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for any near-misses or accidents and implement corrective actions.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Professional Certification:ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) MSBTE Board is MANDATORY.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of core safety experience.
• Industry Preference: Candidates from the Elevator/Escalator or Construction industries will be highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Work-at-Height protocols, Electrical Safety, and Maharashtra state safety regulations.
