Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Ensure proper functioning of systems used in production, packaging, and laboratory areas (e.g., CHROMELEON, CDS, PLC/SCADA).
- Serialization system management and troubleshooting up to Level 3.
- Maintain backup logbooks day to day basis.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues.
- Support end-users with application and system issues.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical validation procedures (IQ/OQ/PQ) and change control processes.
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners/printers, and other end-user devices.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- Graduate in any firm
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated systems, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and data integrity requirements is desirable.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, O365, and backup management tools.
- Documentation skills in compliance with GxP and SOPs.

- Must be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Expected to visit all location in India as per work requirement.
