Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive Returns to handle the day-to-day operations of customer
returns and exchanges. The role involves coordinating with customers, logistics partners,
and internal teams to ensure quick resolution, accurate tracking, and an excellent post-
purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage return and exchange requests raised by customers/marketplace.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to arrange return pickups and monitor
- status.
- Verify and inspect returned products as per company guidelines and within TAT.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, refunds, and replacements in system/ERP.
- Work closely with the warehouse and quality team to process returned goods.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports on returns volume, reasons, and resolutions.
- Support the customer service team in handling return-related escalations.
- Highlight recurring issues or return trends to the Returns Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any stream (Operations, Commerce, Supply Chain preferred).
- 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations, returns management, or customer support
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and customer-first approach.
