About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Recruiter with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
  • Schedule and manage interview processes
  • Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Experience in a fast-paced / high-volume hiring environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proactive and result-driven approach
