We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to handle bulk hiring for our BPO / Call Centre operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and hire call centre agents for various domestic and international campaigns. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, well-organised, and familiar with high-volume hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO agents (telecallers, sales agents, customer support agents)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations to understand manpower requirements
  • Schedule interviews and manage joining & onboarding process
  • Maintain and update candidate database and hiring trackers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for bulk hiring requirements
  • Handle follow-ups with candidates to reduce no-show and drop-out rates
  • Support HR in documentation and basic compliance at the time of joining

Requirements & Skills

  • Prior experience in BPO / Call Centre recruitment (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
  • Ability to handle high-volume agent hiring
  • Familiarity with Kolkata BPO market is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of job portals and social hiring
  • Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualification

  • Graduate or above
  • 14 years of experience in BPO recruitment (agent hiring)
