- Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities for Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
- Develop and optimize formulations for tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, self-leveling compounds, and plaster systems.
- Perform performance testing on epoxy grout formulations and other developed products.
- Monitor and control rheology, setting time, strength development, and durability of products.
- Ensure compliance with IS/ASTM/EN standards, EHS, IMS documentation, and laboratory best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and improvement of existing products.
- Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in research and development of cementitious products.
- Hands-on experience in Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
- Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, SCMs, additives, polymers, and mineral admixtures.
- Familiarity with plant-scale drymix manufacturing processes and QC parameters.
- Exposure to relevant standards and regulations in the industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Skills:
