Required Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of AC & DC systems, including installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Gantt charts, PERT, and CPM for planning and tracking.
- Strong understanding of HT and LT infrastructure development processes.
- Experience with obtaining regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure or energy projects.
- Hands-on experience in managing ground-based power projects (20 MW capacity, with individual projects of 5 MW each).
- Proven track record in managing complex site requirements and coordinating across multiple teams.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships, team coordination, and client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for project execution.
- Ability to stay at project sites for extended periods as needed.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
