About this Position:The Incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end production and its operations with maintaining quality standards, safety and lean manufacturing standards
What youll do:
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensure operations, processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- BE Chemical or MSC Chemistry degree holder
- Production management and lean manufacturing
- Cost reduction Safety and Quality management
- SAP working knowledge
