Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Support all event planning and production meetings and discussions.
- Collaborate in developing event concepts and ideas aligned with business objectives.
Speaker & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and coordinate presenters and speakers for events and conferences.
- Handle speaker requests and ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
Event Production & Logistics:
- Assist in managing end-to-end event production, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Support planning, on-site execution, and post-event activities.
Project & Deliverables Management:
- Support preparation and maintenance of project plans, agendas, budgets, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of all event-related outputs and documentation.
