Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the streamlined execution of projects
. Provide regular updates to the program manager/stakeholders on project status and risks/issues
. Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
. Ensure resource availability and allocation
. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
. Coordinate project execution activities, which include development, implementation, testing, and training plans, and ensure the successful transition to support and maintain teams
. Perform risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery with quality
. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
. Monitor resource utilization through Time Sheets.
. Implement changes to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

. Minimum Bachelor's degree, 6+ years work experience work experience can be waived with higher than minimum Degree requirement met
. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added advantage.
. Demonstrate project management skills and ability to deliver results
. Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions, and implement new processes
. Experience with designing, analyzing and publishing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for Mgt.
. Strong communication and presentation skills
. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
