Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive PMC role based in Bharuch. The selected candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction schedules, managing resources, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The role also involves resolving challenges promptly and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, project coordination, and resource management
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and quality assurance in construction projects
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferred
- Experience in the PEB industry or large-scale industrial projects is a plus
