Role Overview:

Medhavi Skills University is seeking a proactive Placement Executive Industry Relations to

support the university's placement initiatives by expanding its network of corporate

recruiters. The role involves engaging with companies, identifying potential hiring partners, and

generating placement opportunities for students through consistent corporate outreach

and relationship building.

Job Location - Gurgaon & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Outreach & Employer Engagement

Identify potential corporate partners and hiring organizations across relevant

sectors.

Conduct outreach through company visits, calls, emails, and networking meetings.

Promote the university's student talent pool and academic programs to potential

recruiters.

Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and hiring teams.

Lead Generation for Placements

Generate leads for internships, apprenticeships, and job placements for students.

Identify organizations with current or upcoming hiring requirements.

Support the placement team in onboarding new recruiters for campus hiring.

Industry Intelligence & Database Management

Maintain and regularly update the recruiter and employer database.

Track company interactions, leads generated, and hiring opportunities.

Share insights on industry hiring trends and skill requirements with the placement team.

Placement Support

Assist in coordinating recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.

Facilitate communication between recruiters, students, and the placement team.

Support employer engagement initiatives and corporate interactions on campus.

Work Nature / Additional Requirements

The role requires regular field visits to companies, industries, and organizations for

employer engagement and placement lead generation.

Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel, on-ground networking, and

corporate outreach activities.

The position involves active interaction with HR teams and hiring managers to

identify recruitment opportunities for students.

Due to the extensive field-based nature of the role, male candidates are preferred.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.

13 years of experience in corporate outreach, recruitment, placements, or business

development.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and networking skills may also apply.

Candidates should be proficient in:

Corporate relationship building

Lead generation and networking

Communication and interpersonal skills

Basic reporting and data management

Ability to engage with industry stakeholders
