Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably with prior exposure to a consultancy environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in closing niche and critical technology roles and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and niche roles
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Handle stakeholder discussions to understand role expectations clearly
- Conduct detailed screening and assessment calls
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure strong follow-ups
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring panels
- Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure adherence to TATs
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-close requirements
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of core recruitment experience (IT hiring mandatory)
- Prior experience in a consultancy setup with exposure to niche/critical closures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and market mapping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong ownership mindset and result orientation
Nice-To-Have
- Experience handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Exposure to TA metrics, dashboards, and recruitment TAT improvements
- Experience working in fast-paced tech/consulting environments
